OK, it is day 3 of basement work. The rubble pile has grown! there was 2-4 inches of coal ash and other yuck directly under the concrete. The contractor seems determined to win! And the rubble pile is growing! Someday soon we will compact it down and park on top of it (ok, we need more rocks on top!). The px of the basement was to show how far done they dug but the erspective is off. The brown is the clay level. Fun fun fun.
