Weaving continues. Trying to get enough bags done to get them out to the first round of testers. Packages are going in the mail today to JoJo and Aunt Kathy. Di -are you interested in one? I love to play around though, so sitting and mass producing takes a lot of concentration! I am workign on different types of straps and different ways of attaching them. I prefer shorter straps but Z and B like to put them on their shoulders, so straps are getting longer. Another aspect of this I am working on is the number of people who want a purse...more finishing and skill needed.
I have also started my own blog for my weaving stuff. Not that I will not continue posting stuff here, but I found when I was looking for info on this type of project, there was not much out there. So the new blog (which you are more than welcome to view and comment on, please!) is meant to be more of a journal of the process - technical info on the weaving aspect. I hope to get it to a point where I can refer students either before or after taking classes and assist others who are having the same issues finding weaving info. The other blog is http://barbweaves.blogspot.com I hope everyone is well and enjoying the fluky Feb weather.

Barb,
I can't wait to see it. Better get going with the marketing plan...everyone I show the pics to love them. Greg's Amy definitely want to purchase one when you get going on them.
Love, Aunt Kathie
Yeah, I am having that issue here as well....wait till you get it and see what you all think of the feel and the straps and all. I sent two to mom and two to a friend in SC. There are another 6-8 floating around here the Bentleyville area. Took 5 off the loom yesterday and have been messing with the backpacks, purses, and messenger bags. Even thinking of baby bags with a changing pad for some of my friends who are pregnant. Would like some idea of how they hold up though! Marketing plan would fall apart if the product does! So I need real feedback from those who get them.
