East Jordan in the Moonlight

There must be something about Northern Michigan.....The girls, myself and Craig (hopefully soon to be business partner) made a trip early this week to East Jordan, Mi. Yup. To look at alpaca fiber processing equipment. Yup. Mom and Loren came over for a "mini vacation" and to spend time with the girls. Of course, petosky stone hunting was high on the list of activities.

But there was a lot, and I mean alot, of rampant goofiness. Is there something in the water? The fact that there is no blistering heat wave as there has been here all summer? (I mean, really...it is 95 plus here today. East Jordan - 71!!) Did the aliens swoop down? Odd happening at the DT Westbrook Motel....

We did all love the stone buildings. We do not have such round, pretty rocks here. Might post some of those px later. Craig took the majority of the photos and I will post some once I get copies. Regardles, it was a wild and woolly week all around!

Erin - Zoe can not even get her permit till she turns 16, so she is uber jealous of your privileges!
