Well, our fear/agressive dog has a friend. Yes, after 2.5 days of barking through a baby gate, the dogs made friends yesteday. It was a very dull moment and quite accidental. Riley has no doggy skills and she thinks playing entails barking while smiling and wagging her tail. Shiloh is getting more daring with her attempts to get close to Riley, as seen above. So now it is very noisy here but we are happy that Riley can get by being a jerk to other canines. Wednesday, June 10, 2009
doggy friends
Well, our fear/agressive dog has a friend. Yes, after 2.5 days of barking through a baby gate, the dogs made friends yesteday. It was a very dull moment and quite accidental. Riley has no doggy skills and she thinks playing entails barking while smiling and wagging her tail. Shiloh is getting more daring with her attempts to get close to Riley, as seen above. So now it is very noisy here but we are happy that Riley can get by being a jerk to other canines.

It's good that the dogs get along, although Riley still looks a tad dubious. Marsh and Mary were here for the week-end, we actually had sunny nice weather. I'm going to spend the day at the antique mall tomorrow. We have Allison's open house at Bob and Sue's on Saturday and then back down for the pig roast the next week-end. It's rainy and quiet here today.
Riley looks dubious because Shiloh had been and returned to sticking that little pointy nose in Riley's ear! EEEWWWW! She actually handled it very well. A nice weekend? In June?? Not allowed! No grad parties for us this year. Ah, the pig roast. Sounds nice. Tim is on the road a lot right now so no trips for all of us at the moment. Z goes to horse camp next week. Getting your shop set up at all?
