There have been other things going on besides snow. B's winter dance was back in Jan. She picked out a beautiful dress and was looking for heels. She didn;t think anything matched. And I was stressing comfort (they are not allowed to take off their shoes at a dance). I am sure you all appreciate the happy compromise....E, I am shocked you do not call her for fashion advise!

Z and R have a project due that requires them to make a head of a person from the Renaissance or something like that. And they watched the History Channel shows on life and death masks. Snow days, boredom, a roll of plaster tape, and two drinking straws is all you need for a good time! I have no idea why the straws were not shorter! The mask from the outside looks like Teddy Roosevelt! They have not yet made a cast of the face. Interestingly, Zoe literally means "life". And I am sure if there is any plaster tape left, more masks will be made in the future. (I did ask for them to give me two 4 hour chunks of time for midterms....)
